Hongsheng Heavy industry is one of the key enterprises of China Special Steel Association and Forging Association, which has long been cooperating with universities and research institutes and is the doctoral research and development base of some key universities. We have gained China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment’s (CNAS) recognition. There are over 270 researchers with medium and high professional titles, thus we have a powerful technology team that is an integration of production, sale, and research. We now invest in such industries as steel-casting, forging, heat treatment, international trading, hotel etc. Our annual output is 150,000 ton high-quality steel casting, 100,000 ton steel forgings. Our main production equipment are: three 32 ton electric arc furnaces, 32 ton LF,VD, each kind one, one 15 ton VODC furnace, over ten 750Kg to 5 ton forging hammer equipment, one set of 1600 ton fast forging unit,two sets of Quenching and tempering heat treatment system, and dozens of sets of large forging machining equipment.
Our products are mainly all kinds of castings and forgings and machine accessories such as wind power spindle, heavy load gear, motor shaft, high pressure boiler pipe, roller, oil mechanical driller，tube-shaped forging, die block, ring forging, disk-shaped forging and all kinds of abnormal forgings. Our products are widely applied in such domestic industries as wind power, chemical engieering, machinery, automobile, vessel, power station, metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical.
We stick to the policy of “pursuing the perfect and making a global brand”, accelerate to follow the international practices, hold on a global brand strategy. We manufacture products by following international standard, and we have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO10012,PED, and the certification of 9 IACS (China CCS, Germany GL, France BV, UK LR, Norway DNV, US ABS, Korea KR, Japan NK, Italy RINA). Hongsheng products have been sold to countries and regions including Europe, America, and Southeast Asia frequently in large quantities.
